Frank grew up in Troy, NY and graduated from Troy High School in 1957. After high school he attended Western University where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Mathematics. He continued his education earning a Master of Science degree in Systems Engineering. He held many jobs over the years, but settled into Financial Advising and tax work for over 50 years. He also loved teaching the Tax Law for many years.
Frank married Connie in October, 1986 in San Dimas. They were happily married for 34 years. They also had their marriage blessed at the Saint Margaret Mary Church.
Frank was a member of Saint Margaret Mary Church in Chino for over 34 years and was very involved on committees with both the Saint Margaret Mary Church and the San Bernardino County Diocese. He enjoyed skeet shooting, hunting, fishing, teaching skeet shooting (certified shooting instructor), tennis, traveling and spending time with his family. He placed very high in many of the skeet shooting tournaments at the Prado Olympic Shooting Range.
Frank is survived by his wife Connie Carey; his Children Katie Langley, David Carey, Jeanne Carey, Patrick Carey, Lisa Cude, Vicki Renne, and Heather Van Sant; 16 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren, and numerous other relatives.
A memorial service will be held at Fairhaven Memorial Park and Mortuary, located at 1702 Fairhaven Avenue in Santa Ana, CA at for immediate family only.
