David Lee Bowman, was born to Lloyd Eugene Bowman and Lois Lee Bowman on October 28, 1948 in Sycamore, Illinois as the second of three siblings and the eldest son. David passed peacefully at his home in Orange, CA on Tuesday morning, October 23, 2018.
David is survived by his devoted wife, Reyna Bowman, his four children, Zinnia Menardi-Wolf, Daniel Bowman, Stacy Morris, and Allan Paine; and his six grandchildren, Gabriel Menardi, Reese Bowman, Zora Wolf, Drew Bowman, Hudson Wolf and Lillian Morris.
He attended Sycamore Elementary School, Portola Junior High School, Orange High School Class of 1966. He was a faithful man who served his country in Vietnam; his family, friends and community through his company, Bowman Construction, as well as through his involvement in various ministries at Calvary Church of Santa Ana.
He was a pillar of our community since 1956 and he will be greatly missed.
Memorial Services will be held on Friday, November 2, 2018 at 10 AM at Calvary Church of Santa Ana, CA.
