Mom, Grandma, Great Grandma, Great-Great Grandma from Los Mochis, Sinaloa, México. Raised sons Ralph, Joe, Ruben, Manuel, Art and Leonard to be the men they are today. She was very strong willed and always made sure we knew she was still mama no matter how old we were. She educated herself through Santa Ana College, became an American Citizen, and was a strong advocate for the Hispanic people, becoming Hispanic woman of the year in 1974. She volunteered countless hours through out her career as a social worker helping organizations build stronger communities for the people. Santa Ana proclaimed December 8, 1974 as Aida Ramirez Day. After retiring, she moved to Triangle Terrace in Orange where she received honorable mention for her involvement and volunteering.

Celebration of life: Saturday August 27th - Graveside Service 10:00 AM Holy Sepulcher Cemetery in Orange, CA. Reception 12:00 to 4pm American Legion Orange.
