Sharon Marguerite Meyer, 69, passed away on Saturday, May 16, 2015. She was the second of 4 children, born to John and Barbara Bucy. Sharon married John Meyer on July 29, 1967 and together, they had 3 children. Primarily, Sharon was a stay at home mom and a homemaker. Her gifted talents included sewing, quilting, and gardening. She passionately cared about animals and animal rights. She is survived by spouse, John Meyer, her 3 children, Audra Shumate, Heidi Oehler, Myren Meyer, 6 grandchildren, brothers John Bucy, Alan Bucy and sister, Karla Kraft. Family and close friends will be holding a private beachside memorial on June 10, 2015. In lieu of flowers, we ask that donations be made to your local animal shelter, animal rescue organization or the ASPCA. Fly with the Angels mom, and know you are terribly missed here on Earth.
