Roy Kenneth Lavely

Roy Kenneth Lavely went to be with the Lord on Christmas Day December 25, 2017. He was born in Johnstown, PA and moved his family to Central Florida in the early 1980's. He was a devoted and beloved husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, and friend. He was known to many as Pappy. He loved the Lord and his family. He always made time for his friends and family and made family vacations a priority. He loved to travel and his favorite place was Lake Hartwell in South Carolina where his family spent so many wonderful vacations. He loved boating and being on the water, passing that love of the water on to all of his daughters and their families.

Roy was predeceased by his parents, Dudley and Bobbi Lavely, his brother Ben Lavely, and his granddaughter Kaliegh Ottis. He is survived by his wife Sandi Lavely, his brother Paul Lavely, daughter Kim Ottis (Ken), daughter Tracy Kain (Carey), daughter Nikki Garrett (Gene), daughter Jamie Uccello (Joe), his grandchildren Karrah Lickiss (Brant), Sierrah Kain, Kelsey Ottis, Caleb Garrett, Daymien Uccello, and his great grandchildren Kinsley Lickiss, Paxton Bach, and Kain Lickiss.

A Celebration of Life service is planned for Saturday, December 30 at Lifepoint Community Church, 1747 West New York Ave, in Deland, Florida 32720 at 11am.
