Richard Dean Ingle

Richard Dean Ingle, 81, passed away on March 3, 2016 at Central Florida Regional Hospital. Richard was born in Bedford, Indiana to Kenneth Evert Ingle and Mary Elizabeth Cropp Ingle. in 1956 he married the love of his life, Mrs. Carolyn Sue Payne Ingle. Together they began a life together and in 1964 they moved from their small town in Indiana to Sanford, Florida. They bought a beautiful home where they raised their 2 children, April and Ronald.

Richard was in the National Guard, however most of his life he worked with his father-in-law making and designing shoes. They were privileged enough to sign a contract with Disney for over 10 years where they made character shoes for Mickey, Peter-Pan, Goody and many other beloved characters.

Richard was a family man who cherished his grandchildren more than anything. When he wasn't spending time with his family, Richard enjoyed sitting in his recliner watching Basketball, especially the Orlando, Magic. He was a member of Northland Church along with being a member of the Elks for 2 weeks shy of 30 years.

Richard leaves behind his wife of 59 years, Carolyn Sue Ingle along with his daughter April (Guy) Fasciana, his son Ronald (Patricia) Ingle and his 4 grandchildren Ryan Ingle, Krystine Ingle, Derek Fasciana and Zack Fasciana.

A visitation will be held Sunday, March 6 from 1:00pm to 2:00pm at Baldwin-Fairchild Oaklawn Chapel. A funeral service will begin at the funeral home at 2:00pm with a graveside service to follow at Oaklawn Park Cemetery.
