Frank passed suddenly from this life the night of February 20, 2016; After a medical procedure was performed, leading to a quick decline in health. He was surrounded and supported by his loving family during the last days of his life. Frank was born and raised in Chicago, IL where he is survived by: Althea Lucas (Wife), Alisha Lucas (Darroll) – Bugg (Daughter), Keith (Terry) Lucas, Derrick Lucas, Lawrence Durr (Brother’s), Corey, Daveon, Trevon, Jaylian, Teantha, Ayiona, Adaya, Amaya Lucas (Grandchildren), Keith Michael Lucas (Nephew), Alysa, Aiysha Lucas (Niece’s) and a host of close friends. Preceding him in death: Irene Lucas (Mother), Frank D. Lucas Jr. (Son), Evette “Marilyn” Lucas (Sister), Emily Clayton “Sis” (Aunt), and Stacy Lucas (Cousin).
