She was born in Salt Lake City, Utah on June 17, 1944. Carole attended Evergreen Park High School in Illinois and later graduated from Ferguson High School in Missouri. She earned an A.A. degree from Madison Area Technical College in Madison, Wisconsin. Carole worked as a Medical Assistant for 16 years before retiring. In her retirement, Carole volunteered for 10 years at Hospice of Volusia County. Her faith in God and her love for family was unshakable. Carole was married to Edward John Weber on June 1, 1963 and they were married for 42 years until Ed’s passing in October 2004. Carole adored her two daughters, Julie (Weber) De Alba and Tammy Weber-Millar, their respective husbands Gady De Alba and Ivan Millar, as well as her six grandchildren. She loved her many pets throughout the years, especially her dogs. They were all family and family meant everything to her. Carole also deeply loved and appreciated her friends. Her family appreciates the care and compassion from her friends over the years, particularly as her movement disorder progressed and incapacitated her. Carole was preceded in death by her parents, Harry Quebbeman and Lillian (Vervenne) Quebbeman, as well as her husband, Edward Weber. She is survived by her siblings Joan (Quebbeman) Draper, Harry Quebbeman, and Lauren Quebbeman, her two daughters Julie (Weber) De Alba and Tammy Weber-Millar, and her grandchildren Brandon Telchi, Alex De Alba, Olivia De Alba, Carlos Telchi, Isabella Millar, and Markus Millar.
A memorial service will be held at St Luke’s Lutheran Church, 2021 W State Rd 426, Oviedo, FL 32765 at 10:30 a.m. on Monday, January 29 in the Chapel.
