A central Florida native, Cami was born in Orlando, Florida on September 13, 1972. She grew
up in Maitland and attended Domerich Elementary, Maitland Junior High and Winter Park High
School. Cami graduated from Florida State University with a Masters degree in Special
Education. A gifted and devoted teacher, Cami spent over twenty years educating, inspiring,
and loving on her students and their families. Cami was beloved by all for her kind heart, sense
of humor, and words of wisdom. Her greatest joys were being a wife to Dan and a mom to
Carolina and Emmy. She loved spending countless hours with them anywhere near the water,
but her favorite place to be was home. Cami spent time every day immersed in scripture, and
trusted Jesus to guide her every step.
Cami is survived by her husband Dan, daughters Carolina and Emmy, mother Carol Reaves,
brother Cade Reaves (Michele), and many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by
her father, Cullen Reaves.

Both Geneva and Northland were so dear to Cami and were an incredible source of love and
support throughout her journey.
A Celebration of Life service will be held on Monday, June 12, 2023 at 1:30pm with a reception
to follow.
