Margaret “Breda” Husband of Atlanta passed away on August 23, 2013. One of 10 children, she is survived by her sister Maura and her brothers Donie and Jim. She is also survived by two daughters, Tracey and Fiona, and by four grandchildren. She was married to the late Eric Husband. Born in Cobh, Ireland, she immigrated to the U.S. in the 1960’s and became a U.S. citizen. She enjoyed taking long walks with her beloved poodle Bridget and was an avid tennis player. Breda had a green thumb and always kept loads of beautiful plants around to care for. Her family will miss many of her delicious dishes, including roast beef and Yorkshire pudding, curry, traditional trifle, and her homemade spaghetti. She will be remembered as a loving wife, mother and grandmother. The family will receive visitors on Friday August 30th 7pm to 9pm at Sandy Springs Chapel. The funeral service will be held Saturday August 31st at 10 am at Holy Spirit Catholic Church in Atlanta, GA with interment at Arlington Memorial Park in Sandy Springs.
