John Randall Fowler Jr.

John Fowler, 79, of East Point, GA, passed away on December 20, 2016 in Dunwoody, GA. Memorial Service will be 11:30am Thursday December 29th with reception to follow at Sandy Springs Chapel located at 136 Mount Vernon Hwy. NE Sandy Springs, GA. 30328. John Fowler was born 6-24-37 to John and Roberta Fowler. He went to school at Russell High School and went on to graduate from Georgia State University. He was self-employed for most of his life, owning several properties and also running his own Real Estate appraisal business. He was a veteran and served in the Air Force. He served on East Points City Council for many years taking care of the city and its citizens. John Fowler is preceded in death by Parents John Fowler, Roberta Fowler, and Sister Anita Claire Fowler Price. John Fowler is survived by Children Couley Fowler, Will Fowler, Leah Turner and Andy Stevenson. Grandchildren, Abby Hennington, Travis Stevenson, Brittany Fowler and Zack Fowler. Great-Grandchildren, Jack Hennington and Charlie Hennington. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to East Point Historical Society Inc.
