Don was born in Coronado, California on December 7, 1942. His career eventually brought him to New York where he met and married his wife, Vienna. They raised their children in Wellesley, Massachusetts; Sandy Springs, Georgia; and Chagrin Falls, Ohio before returning to retire in Roswell, Georgia.
Don accomplished great success professionally, driven by his desire to help others and his ingenuity. Most notably, during his time with Home Depot, he traveled the world and pioneered corporate social responsibility efforts by working to improve labor practices in global supply chains.
Don was most passionate about his love for his family, he was an avid golfer, and a loyal Cleveland Browns fan. He will always be remembered for his sense of humor and kind spirit.
For those wishing to honor Don's life and memory, donations can be made to San Diego Brain Tumor Foundation. The foundation was created in honor of his cousin, Dennis Campbell, and was a cause he cared greatly about. https://www.sdbtf.org/ways-to-give/
