I am saddened by the passing of my dear uncle Albert. He was a very kind man, and I have fond memories of him, especially as my babysitter when I was very young. He made me laugh and feel safe. We were also neighbors for many years, so he and aunt Mickey were always a part of my life. 
My condlolences to my aunt and all of his family. Even from a distance, my thoughts and prayers are with you.

My sincerest condolences to Aunt Mickey, the LaFazia and Domenicone families. Uncle Al served and demonstrated with honor his entire life. From the earliest LaFazia/Cortellessa family gatherings on Memorial Drive during the 50/60's to his later visits to family in the Northeast and Florida, it was a pleasure to have his company. Uncle Al exceeded and exemplified all the characteristics of the "Greatest Generation". May God send him a gentle breeze and following seas to his next destination.
