Thomas Andrew Goulet

Thomas Andrew Goulet of Sandwich, MA passed away on December 25, 2016. He was born in Stoneham, MA on July 10, 1950 to Katherine M. Goulet and the late Augustus L. Goulet of Reading, MA. During the last year of Tom's life, he faced pancreatic cancer with his usual indomitable spirit. He was hopeful, optimistic, and devoted to living every possible moment of life.

He is survived by his wife of 30 years, Marcia Ann (Boyd), his children Evan Thomas of Portland, ME, and daughter Paige Ann of Sandwich, his mother Katherine of Reading, siblings Larry of Reading, Mary of Laconia, NH, Kathy Withington and her husband Richard of West Newbury, MA, nieces and nephews, brothers-in-law, and sisters-in-law and many supportive friends. Tom was predeceased by his sister Roberta (Goulet) Pierce.

Tom graduated from Reading Memorial High School in 1969. He was employed as a railroad engineer by Conrail, following in the steps of his father and grandfather.

A memorial service will be held at the Nickerson-Bourne Funeral Home 154 Route 6A in Sandwich on Saturday, February 25 at 11:00 am.
