Ruth Alice (Newman) Guillemette, of Falmouth, formerly of Dedham and Walpole, MA passed away Wednesday, July 13, 2016 at the Royal Megansett Nursing Home. She was the wife of the late Joseph Guillemette.
She is survived by a son, David Guillemette of Sandwich, 3 daughters, Mary Guillemette of West Barnstable, Laura Chenette of Bourne and Amy Macinanti of Lancaster, Pennsylvania, 5 beloved grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by two brothers, Robert and Walter Newman and three sisters Georgia White of Norwood, Joanne Shea of Brewster and Evelyn Fitzgerald of Hyannis.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, July 16, 2016 at Corpus Christi Parish 324 Quaker Meeting House Road, East Sandwich, MA at 11 a.m. Visitation will be held on Friday, July 15, 2016 from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Nickerson-Bourne Funeral Home 154 Route 6A Sandwich, MA. Memorial donations in her memory may be made to the Royal Megansett Nursing Home, 209 County Road North Falmouth, MA 02556.
