Bob is survived by his wife Lisa and daughter Caitlyn of East Sandwich, daughter Kelly of Providence, RI, son Colin, his wife Catherine and granddaughter Cameron of Mamaroneck, NY, son Christopher of Newtown, CT, brother William and his wife Natalie of Bourne, sister-in-law Gail of Trumbull, CT, mother Edith of Mashpee and Venice, FL, and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his father Robert A., and brothers Barry and James.
Born in Chelsea, MA, Bob graduated from Cardinal Spellman High School and UMass-Amherst. He spent his professional career in healthcare sales and marketing for A.H. Robins Company, Boehringer Ingelheim and Roche Pharmaceuticals. He was later President of two medical education companies, MedLearning, Inc, and Centric Communications. Most recently, he worked in marketing and sales for Hospice & Palliative Care of Cape Cod, Cape Medical Supply, and Home Solutions Infusion Therapy. Bob was involved with a number of non-profit organizations and was an active volunteer.
His love of life, love of Eire, and love of his family and friends will be deeply missed. He touched many lives and forged strong bonds with people both personally and professionally that will forever be cherished.
Visting hours will be Thursday, February 16 from 4 to 7 p.m. at Nickerson- Bourne Funeral Home, 154 Route 6A, Sandwich. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. on Friday, February 17 at Corpus Christi Church, 324 Quaker Meetinghouse Road, East Sandwich. Burial will follow at Sandwich Town Cemetery.
