Carol Ann Chrzanowski

She is survived by her daughter Jennifer Hurley and her husband John, son Jeffrey Chrzanowski and his wife Brenda, 5 grandchildren, Katherine (Katie), Anna, John (Jack), Maria and Thomas Hurley and two grandchildren of her heart, Jennifer and Tyler Weekley, her dog, Maisy and many friends.

She will be remembered most for loving her life and living it well. She believed in hard work and making a difference, but more than anything, she devoted her life to what she loved the most, her family. She has left this world with an incredible legacy which is easily described in 3 ways: Never, ever give up. There is joy in every day. Love those you love with all your heart, every second and in every way.

A Funeral Mass will be held on Friday August 28th at 11AM, Corpus Christi Parish, 326 Quaker Meeting House Rd. Sandwich, MA. Burial will be private.

In lieu of flowers the family asks that you consider a donation to the Epilepsy Foundation.
