Grace M Griffith

January 23, 1926 -- August 27, 2014

Grace passed away peacefully on Wednesday, August 27th, after a valiant struggle with cancer. She was a much loved Aunt among her nieces, nephews, and their children.

For many years, Grace worked in Los Angeles in the movie production business. She was an assistant to renowned George Pal and traveled to Europe a number of times in the making of his films.

At home, Grace enjoyed entertaining, gardening, and treasured times with family and friends.

Grace is survived by nieces Mary R. Cook (Gary), Mary Anne Perry Berner (Fred), and nephews Rev. Paul E. Perry, and Michael J. Calhoun (Jane). She will be missed by these special people, by Mike’s daughter Laura, and by Cathy, Chris, and Jeff, the children of deceased niece, Sylvia Calhoun.

Grace leaves behind a legacy of love, kindness, wisdom, and wit. She will always be remembered for her cheerful spirit and upbeat personality. She was a truly wonderful person, and always a joy to be with.
