Viola Munoz Rodriguez, 90, passed away, peacefully at her home on May 13th, 2019 at 3:06pm. She was married to the late John Rodriguez Sr. for 52 years and also raised her autistic son Ronald Rodriguez for 42 years till he passed away 10 years ago. Viola is survived by her brothers: Lee Munoz in Brentwood, CA and Oscar Munoz in Donna, TX, and by her children: Angie Clarke, John Rodriguez Jr., Kenneth Rodriguez, and Daniel Rodriguez, by her daughter-in-law Josie Rodriguez, and by her grandchildren: Gina Clarke, Daniel Rodriguez Jr. and his wife Edna, Michael Rodriguez and his wife Arely, and Steven Rodriguez all in San Jose, CA. Viewing will be on Thursday, May 23rd from 5-7pm and Rosary Vigil from 7pm-9pm at Oakhill Funeral Home, 300 Curtner Ave., San Jose, CA. Funeral Mass will take place at Most Holy Trinity Catholic Church, 2040 Nassau Dr., San Jose CA. The entombment will follow at Oakhill Cemetery. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, daughter, aunt, cousin and compassionate friend to all. She will forever be loved and missed.
