Miss Tanya Johnson, aged 51, of San Jose, California passed away on Thursday, April 6, 2023 surrounded by her family. Tanya was born in San Jose to parents Kenneth and Sophia Johnson.
A native of the Bay Area, Tanya had a spark about her that would light up the room. She had the great opportunity to meet many people along her life's path and made great friends along the way. Many fun and memorable times were shared. She had a love for music and was the life of the party. You couldn't help but be drawn to her vibrant and genuine heart.
She will be missed by her loving son, Jacob, her dear Mother, Sophia, and devoted brother, Chris and the many close and personal friends who will always remember her. Tanya was predeceased by her father, Kenneth Johnson and will be laid to rest with him privately at Los Gatos Memorial Park.
Family and friends are invited to a Celebration of Life at Lima Family Erickson Memorial Chapel, 710 Willow Street, San Jose, on Saturday, April 29, 2023. Visitation from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. with a funeral service beginning at 2:30 p.m.
