Steven Michael Andrews Nyblom entered peacefully into rest at his home in Willow Glen on September 6, 2010. surrounded by his family and closest friends. He was 55 years old. He is survived by his beloved mother Marian Nyblom. His brother Jack, sister-in-law Raphaela and nephew Sam. His brothers David Nyblom and Tony Andrews. His sister-in-law Donna Nyblom. His aunts Marie Murray and Linda Bennett. His uncles George Andrews and Chris Katopothis. His many nieces and nephews Bliss, Adin and Ronin Katopothis, Stephanie and Jenna Nyblom along with Nicki, Daniel Casey and Ross. His cousins Jody and Chris Katopothis and many others. He is also survived by his dog Ms. Wolf. He now joins his late fathers Robert Nyblom and Jack Andrews, his late brother and sister George and Carol Nyblom, who have been waiting his arrival. He's been blessed to have so many friends including Lynette (Peaches) and Carl Borbons.
Steve was a talented interior decorator and furniture designer. His many accomplishments include beautiful homes, hotels and casinos. He was a Willow Glen resident and businessman for many years. He began with Nybloms Cafe and Fine Furnishings on Willow Street. He's also a proud owner of the Maynard Mansion.
He will be missed dearly by his family and friends and all that knew him. His generosity has helped many including providing education, housing and changing the lives of those less fortunate. The world will not be the same without our Stevie.
The family thanks hospice for their loving care throughout his illness.
