I am so sorry for your loss.  There is nothing that can take away the sorrow, but memories do make it a little less sad. I send my sincere sympathy to the Bugg Family.

My very deepest condolences to The Bugg Family. My late husband, Ron and Dick became good friends while playing baseball together in an adult league for the San Jose City Parks and Recreation Program. We knew him to be a good man of faith, with a great love of family and of course,enormous athlete ability.  As the years slipped by we would see one another with family,at a ball park,or at Santa Teresa Parish. Please know that I share your grief.

Aw Coach Bugg! RIP. Great coach. Loved baseball. He always gave me confidence when I pitched. He would warm me up before games without protective gear or a mask. A curveball got away from me, it bounced up and hit him in the mouth. Split it right open. He still coached the whole game. Went and got the lip stitched up after. That's a gamer! In Rememberence of Dick Bugg

Much is owed to this man. He gave me my first job as a young man.
He was a boss, mentor and friend. He fed me well, as I lived alone in high school. Over the years, keeping in touch with his family, I followed his life, as he mentored and influenced others. It was his life example the helped usher me into becoming a responsible member of society.
A life of sacrifice, caring for others and serving the public at large.
What better tribute to a man, to say he was a great boss, mentor, family man, friend.
God Bless Dick Bugg and his family.
