Phillip Jesse Medina of San Jose, California, aged 84, passed away on Monday, March 28, 2022. Phillip was born March 22, 1938 in California. He served our country in the U.S. Army.
Phillip is survived by his wife, Lucy, four children, ten grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
A Funeral Mass for Phillip will be held Thursday, April 21, 2022 from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at St. Lucy Catholic Parish, 2350 Winchester Blvd., Campbell, CA 95008. Burial to follow at 11:30 a.m. at Oak Hill Memorial Park, 300 Curtner Avenue, San Jose, CA 95125.
