NATHAN H. VILLAFLOR, will finally be laid to rest after almost a 3 year long battle with colorectal cancer. He passed away on, April 29, 2018, at Kaiser Permanente Hospital in Santa Clara. He was 52 years old.
He was born November 8, 1965, in San Diego, Ca, to Maximo and Erlinda (Handog) Villaflor. He worked as a Process Engineer in his previous jobs and as a Chemical Technician with Applied Materials/Proactive and displayed a wonderful knack for troubleshooting and fixing problems. He was a friendly, kind, loving person, who was always ready to give a helping hand and never forgot to say thank you when it is due. He also had a great sense of humor who liked to joke around with family and friends.
Nate truly lived life to the fullest through simple pleasures; traveling, car racing, chatting with friends and family, watching concerts and movies, singing along to his favorite songs, fixing cars, and spending time with his nephews and nieces. He was a proficient handyman who also loved to cook and work on RC cars and racing them.
Nate is survived by his Dad, Max; a sister, Cherlyn; a brother, Paul; ex-wife, Dhoyee; step-son, Tim; and 2 nieces, 3 nephews, and cousins.
Family, friends, and everyone else whose lives Nate had touched are invited to OAK HILL FUNERAL HOME, 300 Curtner Avenue, San Jose, Ca 95125 from 9:00a.m.- 5:00p.m. on Sunday, May 6, 2018, to see him one last time, to reminisce, grieve, and bid goodbye.
