passed away on Saturday, September 16, 2023.

Date and Location:

The funeral and burial services will take place on Wednesday, October 11, 2023, from 9:00 am to 3:30 pm, at Oak Hill Funeral Home, in Chapel of Roses- 300 Curtner Ave., San Jose 95125.

Schedule is as follows:

9:00 AM -10:30 AM: Buddish Monk ceremony & chanting (lễ nhập quan & phát tang)

10:30 AM -1:00 PM: Visitation Arrivals (thăm viếng)

1:00 PM -2:30 PM: Family Eulogy, Buddish Monk chanting prior to casket closing

(đọc bài tưởng niệm, lễ tịch điện)

2:30 PM - 3:30 PM: Burial service at Oak Hill cemetery (di quan & an táng)

3:30 PM – 4:30 PM: Monk ceremony at the residence (Lễ đặt bài vị tại gia)
