Mike, 
We was best friends and BROTHERS since we was 14. one of my favorite (out of many) story's is the time we fought at school, caught each other on the way home, fought in my back yard, then made sandwiches and laughed about it!!
Its been a couple years now, but the pain and emptiness has not gone away. i think about you daily. I miss our conversations, jokes, Trash talk during the football season, letting you know how my boys are doing and how yours are doing. 
I will forever be grateful for the time we had on this earth, even though it was waaay to short.
Mourn you till I join you brotha.

I never thought there would be a day I would not be able to see your face. 
A day I couldn’t welcome your beautiful smile and warm embrace. 
When I thought of you the word goodbye never crossed my mind. 
Probably because I only knew you to always be by my side. 
Even with your physical being not here with us. 
I am reminded that energy can never be destroyed. 
So your spirit and soul is always here within us.

You have always been an angel.

I met Mike in 1995 at Andrew Hill through his sister Atari. I remember when I first seen him, I was kinda intimidated because he was such a big guy. As we spent time at lunch in the quad laughing and joking around, I came to know Mike as such a nice and loving guy. As the years passed we kept in touch via social media. We’d share stories and jokes and chat about topics we’d find interesting online.  I’d love seeing his interaction with his boys  and noticed how much much of great father he was. I really admired that. He was always so sweet and respectful.  I know he will be greatly missed by his friends and family. Sending my deepest condolences to his family during this difficult time. 

Me and mike got a lot of stories I can tell you about.  A couple that sticked out though,  one is when we were playing mount pleasant high school and he called a play that Lead me to score a touchdown that game cause they were keying on him . I usually was his lead block threw the whole in the "veer" which I was a lot smaller then him lol.  Another time is when my dad's truck got broken into and I told him he found who did it and got my dad's stuff back . Just an unselfish person that I got much respect and love for ... just talked to you G  I'm hurt for ever missed #45 ... your lead block #22

I remember vividly Mike was coming over for dinner. I wanted to impress my friend. I asked him what he liked to eat and he said lasagna,  garlic bread and salad with kraft 4 cheese ranch. I wanted to impress him and had no clue how to make lasagna. I spent the last of my paycheck on a frickin 50 dollar lasagna from the Olive garden on Blossom Hill. I took the lid off, put it in the oven like I baked it.  It was the nastiest lasagna ever!.    So he assumed I cooked it!   Lol. 

Michael and I met over 23 years ago. He was like this big teddy bear but kinda gangster at the same time. He always wore this big smile when we'd run into each other. The talks we had over the phone, whether it was about life, drama, health or love; he was always real with me. I remember hanging out and running into his friends. I'd tell everyone I was his girlfriend. The next day Michael would call me and say, "Popo, really??" I'd act like I didn't know what he was talking about but I already knew his best friend Andy called him; because Andy had a big o'l mouth. Michael would just laugh it off.  Football season won't be the same. Don't forget Michael that you owe me from our Eagles vs Cowboys bet. I'll make sure to cheer your team on. He touched so many lives.  He had such an amazing soul. He loved all of his family. He was a great father and so proud of his two sons.  Michael you will forever be in my heart. I will miss our talks, texts and your laugh. I will always love you.
 Rest Easy 

Michael was my brother's (Terry Evans) friend growing up. He and his sister, Atari, lived a few houses down from us. I remember him from when all us kids growing up on Azule would hang out on the "box" out front of our house, playing and getting into mischief. Michael was a sweet, giant teddy bear! We had recently reconnected over Facebook and I'll miss our recent interactions, seeing his poker videos and posts about his sons who he was so proud of. The world lost a special soul who will truly be missed. RIP Michael! 

We met playing poker.   I liked you from the moment I met you.   My only regret is that I wish I had known you longer than the few years we had.    I looked up to you as a player and as a man.   The world lost a good person and you will be missed.

I met Mike when he was around 14 or 15 years old. We lived on the same street. The first time I met him I immediately got along with him, it was easy to do because Mike was so friendly and he loved to make people laugh. We briefly said hello and he rode off on his bike. A few minutes later he returned but was wearing different clothes on a different bike. He came up to me and said, "have you see my brother Mike? Im looking for him" I said "whoa, youre a twin? yeah i just saw him he went that way!" he said "thanks man" and rode off. For two weeks i thought there were two Mikes running around.. until my other buddy said "he doesnt have a twin Aaron, he's messin with you". when he came riding up next time, I couldnt help but laugh when i saw him.. he had the biggest smile and laughed so loud next time we met up. He said "I got you man!" That was Mike. I got love for that dude, he was a good friend growing up. I am very sad he is gone.. I know he is in Heaven and I know we'll meet again. I miss you Big Mike, I wish you didn't have to leave us so soon but I have to accept it. My condolences and love goes to his family. The Sheridan's will miss you, see you on the other side brother.

I will miss Mike forever😭my peace is knowing he is with our Father and I will see him again🕊
