Mary Borrelli

A funeral service will be held January 30 at Oak Hill Mortuary in the Sunshine Chapel. Pastor Lamar Allen of Calvary Church will be officiating. Visitation will be held beginning at 1:00pm. Burial will follow the funeral at 3pm.

Mary was born in San Francisco on November 25, 1925 to Nicasio Gomez and Pasquala Vallejo. She attended Mission high school

Mary was married to Alcilio Borrelli on June 20, 1943; they were married 59 years.

Mary worked as a bookkeeper for small businesses for many years. She enjoyed sewing, drawing, and painting. She was a strong Christian and loved the Lord. She was actively involved in the promotion of Christianity at many levels including Sunday School teaching and a puppet ministry. She generously invited some in need of help into her home for temporary relief.

Mary is survived by her children Daniel (Sheila), James (Barbara), and Tala (Jim), grandchildren Maria, Tony, Rachael, Sarah, Molly, Elliot, ten great-grandchildren, and several nieces, nephews, and friends.

Mary is preceded in death by her husband Alcilio, brothers Ted, Ben, Raul, Gilbert, and sisters Reyes and Elisa.
