He worked many years as a Security Guard and Warehouse Handler. He was a skilled forklift driver and enjoyed working with people. He drove trucks delivering throughout the Bay Area, but the job he enjoyed most was working for Valley Medical Center. He also volunteered during every election in San Jose delivering and picking up ballots.
He enjoyed spending time with his children and loved attending their softball and baseball games. He would set up the tents, chairs and kick back for hours watching their games.
He loved to dress up and spend time with his sweetheart going to concerts, dances and parties. He loved all genres of music and you could always hear him coming 2 blocks away! One day it would be oldies, the next day it would be Tex-Mex, sometimes it would be hard-rock!
He was a man of little words, but he had a big heart. He was a friend to everyone he met, and he was always willing to lend a helping hand. He had hundreds of friends; everywhere he went he knew someone.
Mark, we will miss you, your smile and your caring spirit.
Rest in Peace, my Bighead, we will love you forever.
