Luis Casarez Pardo a native of Calexico, California, born June 16, 1932 to Luis Pardo Sr. and Concepcion Casarez Pardo, entered into rest in Sunnyvale, California on October 19, 2013. Mr. Pardo was a longtime San Jose, California resident, A retiree from the Operating Engineers Local Union # 3 , and proud Korean War Veteran serving in the U.S. Army from 1950 to 1954. He was predeceased by his wife Mercedes F. Pardo on November 12, 2003. Beloved father of Art, Luis, Daniel, Steve, Debra, Irene, Elizabeth, Kenneth, Ray, Victor, Yvette, Gilbert, Mark, Phillip, Matthew, Jennifer and the late Debra and Kenneth Pardo. Devoted grandfather of 46 and great-grandfather of 41. Dear brother of his twin Julio Pardo, Manuel M. Cruz, Aletha Pardo and the late Ray Pardo, Del Muela, Paulie Bustamante, Pete Muela Cruz, Larry Muela, Lily Pardo and Virginia Muela.

Friends are invited to attend Vigil Service 6:00 P.M. Monday, October 28, 2013 at Lima Family Erickson Funeral Home, 710 Willow Street, San Jose, California 95125. Final viewing to be held from 8:00 A.M to 11:15 A.M. Tuesday, October 29, 2013 at the above mortuary, thence to Our Lady Of Guadalupe Catholic Church, 2020 San Antonio Street, San Jose, California 95116 where a Funeral Mass will be celebrated commencing at 12:00 P.M. Interment to follow at Calvary Catholic Cemetery, 2640 Madden Ave, San Jose, California. Dinner will follow the interment at our father's home. He will always be remembered from all of our family.
