Joseph Ruben Grijalva, aged 84, passed away on Wednesday, February 8, 2023 in his hometown, San Jose, California. He was born the first child of six born to loving parents Joseph Grijalva and Juanita McCarty.
He is survived by his devoted wife, Elauteria "Terri" Grijalva for 63 years. He leaves behind three sons and three daughters; Robert, Juanita, Joey, Tina, Victor and Rachel, 12 Grandchildren, 10 Great-Grandchildren, one brother and five sisters.
A visitation for Joseph will be held Thursday, March 2, 2023 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Lima Family Erickson Memorial Chapel, 710 Willow Street, San Jose, CA 95125 with a prayer service starting at 7:00 PM. On Friday, March 3, 2023 final visitation is available from 9:00 AM to 9:30 AM, with Funeral Service beginning at 9:30 AM, being held at Lima Family Erickson Memorial Chapel. A graveside service will follow at 11:00 AM at Oak Hill Memorial Park, 300 Curtner Ave, San Jose, CA 95125.
