I had to dig hard to find this picture. It's of Uncle Chechu faithfully completing his task to deliver me and Jun from the Philippines to our parents in Canada after a two year separation from them.   Poor Uncle Chechu - he had to deal with two very sick kids for the entire loooong flight!   This is the memory that sticks with me when I think of him. 🥰

Ninong Chechu always made sure to spend time with me whenever his schedule permits it when I have my layovers in SFO. He will surely be missed. Rest in peace, Ninong. 

Godspeed Chechu! Fly with the angels!

and let YOUR perpetual light shine upon him !
