Joe passed away, peacefully, on July 9, 2017 at the age of 81. He is survived and lovingly remembered by his wife, Judy Chargin Valenti, his children, Robert, Denise and Jerry, his grandchildren, Christopher, Jeannine, April and Andrew and his siblings, Norma and Rudy. Joe was a cherished uncle to many nieces and nephews. Retired from Ford Motor Co. Milpitas and Alum Rock School District.
Visitation will be on Tuesday, July 18 at 3 p.m. with a Vigil service at 7 p.m. at Lima Family Erickson Memorial Chapel, 710 Willow St, San Jose 95125. Funeral Mass will be on Wednesday, July 19 at 9:30 a.m. at St. John Vianney Church, 4600 Hyland Ave, San Jose 95127. In lieu of flowers, donations to National Kidney Found., 717 Market St. #450, San Francisco, C 94103.
