Jean M. Sanfilippo

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Jean (Georgine) Mary Lazaneo Sanfilippo on November 9, 2022, at the age of 92. Beloved wife, mother, grandmother (Big G) and great grandmother (Gigi). She was predeceased by her husband, Roy, her brother, John, and her grandson, William McCracken. Jean is survived by her 8 children: Kathy Harlan (Yates), David Sanfilippo (Jean), Rick Sanfilippo (Cory), Toni McCracken (John), Roy Sanfilippo (Nancy), Nancy Jackson (Ron), John Sanfilippo (Kim), Mary Jean Sanfilippo (Glen), 18 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, relatives, and many friends that shared in her joy for life. Jean's true passion was her husband and her family. She loved cooking, especially during the holidays and was thrilled to see all her grandchildren and great grandchildren and loved them to no end. Jean was an avid reader, quilter and traveled all over the world, with Lake Tahoe as one of her favorite places.

Mom - your life was a blessing, your memory a treasure, you are loved beyond words and missed beyond measure. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to the American Cancer Society. All are welcome to attend a funeral mass at St. Christopher Church, San Jose, CA, on Monday, November 21, 2022 at 12:00 pm. The family would like to thank all the caregivers for their dedication.
