George passed away peacefully with his family at his side. He was born in San Jose, California to Hugo and Elvira Taddie /Bachman. He joined the Merchant Marines in 1943 at the age of 16 and served his country during WWII. He is the founder of Sun Bright Janitorial and Tadco Service & Supply, retiring in 1990.
George is survived by his wife Marie who were married 74 years, there children George Jr. (Myrlin) Taddie, Ken Taddie, Linda (Walter) Plasencia.
Grandchildren : Jerri (Rod) Smith, George III (Amy) Taddie, Jennifer Welch, Ken Taddie Jr., Nichole (Bill) Cullum, Joe (Sonja) Taddie, Bernadette (Scott) Roberts, Andria (Eric) Bengtson, Rachelle (Gabe) Levijarvi, Monica (David) Spiro.
Great Grandchildren: Rodney(Meridith) Smith, Rusty(Natalie) Smith , George Tyler Taddie IV, Isabella Taddie, Jake Taddie, Megan Welch, Morgan Welch, Christina (Austin Fermo)Fox, Kaitlynn Taddie, Elizabeth Taddie, Mitchell Delp, Christina Cullum, Joe Taddie Jr. Sabrina Taddie, Skylynn (Dustin) Hawks, Austin Taddie Hayes. Eve Bengtson, Tucker Bengtson, Brady Bengtson, Grace Levijarvi, Nolan Levijarvi, Dean Spiro, Max Spiro.
Great- Great Grandchildren: Waylon Smith, Theodore Smith, Haley Hawks, Holly Hawks, Heidy Hawks, Owen Fox, Kalilah Fermo, Adaline Fermo, Percy Taddie.
Sister Carole (Mike ) Cook & preceded in death by sister Maryanne Cranford.
