On October 29, 1932 Lupe was born to Jose and Jovita Alvarez in Toluca, Mexico. She had one younger brother who was named after her father Jose Alvarez. Lupe and her brother were raised in Juarez, Mexico.
Lupe married Jesus Manuel Dominguez and together they had 7 children: Manuel, Soledad, Rosario, Alejandra, Maria, Alfredo and Patricia. She loved all her children with that special love only a mother knows.
In 1976 Lupe became a permanent resident of the United States of America. The USA became her beloved home.
In the early 80's she began exploring her faith and on March 1984 she accepted Jesus as her Lord and savior and was baptized. For those of you who know, know you begin a new life. A new life doesn't mean a perfect life. With faith and prayer. She helped her husband get through alcoholism. He to eventually gave his life to Christ.
In 1987, just when she thought she was done raising kids. She decided to raise one of her granddaughters, Amy. She raised Amy till the day she married in July 2004.
Through out her life she lost people she loved dearly. She lost her parents at a young age.
On December 23, 1990 she lost her baby boy, Alfredo to a gruesome murder. Something no mother should ever go through.
On January 18, 2009 she lost the husband she dearly loved, yet thankful to God for giving him 83 years of life. On November 9, 2015 she lost her granddaughter, Danela. Not only did she have to deal with the lost of her granddaughter but now she had to witness her daughter go through the same pain she once went through.
On July 26, 2017 she lost her son Manuel. Her oldest boy. On April 15, 2018 she lost her beloved sister in-law, Yolanda Alvarez and few short months after on September 3, 2018 she lost her beloved little brother Jose Alvarez.
Lupe loved her family and shared every pain they ever went through. She finally gets her time to rest till the day Jesus returns.
