Deeply sorry for the loss of David. He was always a giving, kind man, who went above and beyond to help. He is in my thoughts and will be missed greatly. Sending my prayers to the family and for his soul to rest in peace.

My deepest condolences to the entire family. I worked with David at Intersect ENT and he was always such a joy to be around. We would always cross paths in the break room and exchange our weekend stories. Our stories were both centered around family, friends and good food. I’d occasionally throw in some trash talking about the Yankees and he would quickly shut that down. Even after my time at Intersect i was lucky enough to catch him at a happy hour and He continued to get me to try some game meat that a buddy of his hunted and was “fresh from the source”. No thanks bud! That was just the kind of guy he was. Funny, caring and always such a giver. 
David will be missed, but his spirit won’t be forgotten.

I just want to extend my deepest condolences to David’s family.  David was always such a good guy and we all have such wonderful childhood memories of him,  whether just hanging out by the mailbox on the corner of Blauvelt and Benson or sitting on the wall by Spicci’s house, or sitting with Debbie Ryan on the curb by her house, always with a friendly hello and conversation. He was the first one to get a car in the neighborhood, a white Camaro with red pinstripes. We were a little younger and he always gave us a ride to the Hess gas station on 9W.   He was a treasured staple of our childhood. Fly high with the angels David. You will be remembered forever.

I have fond memories of David growing up. He was a positive force in our crazy neighborhood.  He was loved by all because of his gentle manner and helpful giving nature. Everytime I think back on 
 those days, I smile!

Kataleya is David’s granddaughter. This was so sudden and unexpected as we all know. David was the best grandpa to Kataleya, they shared a unique bond. You have proven to be a caring person, listen to all she would share with you. You were so reassuring and comforting toward Kataleya. You will be forever missed, Grandpa/David.

For two and a half years I had the pleasure of working closely with David, a wonderful colleague at Intersect ENT in Menlo Park.  I will always respect and admire David’s work ethics, his professionalism, his dedication and teamwork spirit.  David single-handedly provided support to the entire Intersect ENT’s organization in managing an FDA-compliant document system.

David, thank you, thank you so much, not just for taking care of my numerous redlines to the FMEA’s, not just for creating the blacklines when I would have done them, but also for having done all of that in a condensed amount of time that the competing projects’ schedules afforded us.  And you were always dedicated to helping all of us, the whole team, your team.  You always smiled, you always made jokes, you talked about your favorite New York Yankees, you hardly let us see the stress that you were put under.  But we all know the tremendous amount of effort and energy you put in to get our documents released when they were expected to be released.

The first time I worked with David, he was asking me, “Is this (signature) you?” to make sure that as a new employee I had a proper signature card on file.  The last time we talked, David let me know that he’d put in a few extra hours to get my documents ready for a market readiness review so the meeting would not be held up.  That is just how committed and dedicated David was to his job.

David, thank you for everything you’ve done, thank you for our time working together.  You have been a most terrific person.  I will miss you.  Rest in peace.  For one last time, “Goodbye, David.”

My deepest condolences to David's family and friends.  I worked with David at Intersect ENT (now Medtronic) for several years.  He was always so friendly and kind and such a pleasure to work with.  Rest in peace David.   You will be missed.

Such sad news.  David was always a pleasure to work with and to know through many years.  He seemed really happy with his trip to visit with family in New York a few months ago so I'm glad he was able to take it.
