Concha H Lira

Concha Hernandez Lira, age 90, of San Jose, CA Passed Away on Wednesday October 11, 2017. Concha was born August 15, 1927. Born in Santa Paula, California to Louis Hernandez and Conception Reyes. Her husband and son, Eliseo (Corky), predeceased her in 2004. Predeceased by brothers Fidel, Jose, and Mike. Concha is survived by her four children Uvaldo (Carmen), David, Nora (Edward Ruiz), Norma Desepte, and grandson Matthew Thomas Ruiz. She leaves behind her beloved siblings: Katie Perez, Lydia Hernandez, Peter and Louie Hernandez.

She was greatly loved. Warm, devoted, caring, spirited, and will never be forgotten. What a trouper

A visitation for Concha will be held Thursday, October 19, 2017 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Oak Hill Funeral Home, 300 Curtner Avenue, San Jose, Ca 95125. A funeral mass will occur Friday, October 20, 2017 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at St John Vianney, 4600 Hyland Avenue, San Jose, Ca 95127.
