Barbara Paula Jimenez

Barbara was born in San Jose, CA and graduated from Overfelt High School and earned a license in Cosmetology. Barbara was married to Mario Jimenez, with whom she had three children. She enjoyed spending time with family, attending her grandchildren's sports games, spending time with close friends, cooking and baking.

Barbara is survived by her children, Patrick Jimenez (Pat) and Robert Jimenez and grandchildren, Angel Perez, Barbara Jimenez (Barbie), Brandy Garcia, and great-grandchildren Angel Perez Jr., Alyssa Perez, Anthony Perez, and Jayden Castro. She is also survived by her sisters Tommie Ortiz, and Josephine Esparza (Josie) and brother Lupe Rodriguez. Her loving spirit will be missed by all she knew.

Friends and family are invited to her viewing on Thursday, April 22, 2021 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. for immediate family and 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. for family and friends, at Lima Family Erickson Memorial Chapel 710 Willow Street, San Jose, CA 95125. A rosary will follow at 3 p.m. A funeral mass will be held on Friday, April 23, 2021 from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at Saint John Vianney Catholic Church. 4600 Hyland Avenue, San Jose, CA 95127. Burial to follow from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. at Calvary Catholic Cemetery 2650 Madden Ave, San Jose, CA 95116.
