Born in Mexico, one of 10 siblings, he’d been a bay area resident since 1967. Arturo was an avid baseball, football, and soccer fan. He took great pride in a good day’s work, and in all his years, he never took a sick day. In retirement, he enjoyed daily walks in the park with his dog “Max” and excursions to the coast.
Arturo was preceded in death by his wife of 35 years, Carmen. He is survived by his two children Anna and Arturo (Cindy), his grandson Mason Del Castillo, a younger sister, Mercedes, and many nieces and nephews.
Per his wishes, there will be no services.
Fond memories and expressions of sympathy may be shared at www.willowglenfuneralhome.com for the Del Castillo family.
