Antonio Garcia Duarte

Antonio G. Duarte born May 19, 1929 in Salao, Faial passed away June 6, 2014 in San Jose, CA. He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Maria L. Duarte and three loving daughters; Lizette Woblesky (Robert), Gorette Pacheco (Ilidio) and Idalina Furtado (Carlos), and grandchildren; Brittany and Erica Pacheco, Bobby (Kelly) and Marissa Woblesky, Madison and Sydney Furtado and a sister Olivia Jacinto and nieces and nephew. He is preceded by two brothers and a sister, Jose Duarte da Silveira, Manuel Duarte da Silveira and Maria Medeiros. His true love was his family and he enjoyed the company of his family and friends.

Visitation Wednesday June 11th from 2:30-4:30pm at Willow Glen Funeral Home 1039 Lincoln Ave San Jose, CA and from 6:00-7:00pm at Five Wounds Portuguese National Church 1375 E Santa Clara St. San Jose, CA, Rosary at 7:00pm followed by Mass at 7:30pm. Family and friends are invited to gather Thursday June 12th at Calvary Catholic Cemetery for an Interment at 11:00am.
