My deepest heartfelt condolences to the family.  Although it may sound corny I really enjoyed working with Alvin at KONE.  Every time I happened to run into him on a jobsite he always had the biggest smile and I could tell that he loved his job.  It was very apparent when he left the company most of his customers told me how much they missed him and wished he was still their escalator technician.

Every morning I expect to hear the shower running cause that’s how I awake . 
We had an excellent run in the 47 years I had with you . I have you and God to thank for that .  I know  He has a better plan for you so ride free now . Free of pain free of stress and worry . 
Know that I will keep you alive in the stories I will tell  the kids and grandkids. What I wouldn’t do to see that empty cup you’d leave on the kitchen counter every day  in case you get thirsty . It’s the little as well as the big memories I’ll hold in my heart. I Love you and I know you’re gonna be right beside me until we are reunited.

Jill, the kids, and I remain stunned and heartbroken since your passing. I awaken every morning wishing this is all just a “bad dream” only to be saddened once again once reality sets in. My condolences; I dreamed of having a big family in the future like the Castaneda’s. They lived on the farm across the street from us growing up on McLaughlin Ave. I was 6 years old when I met them. I have shared a lot of memories with them then and still do. My first friend in life is Alvin’s sister Patty, she is my Sista, Comadre. Alvin and Rosie always welcomed and included me. I respected the fact that  they married young, raised a family and endured their marriage. I pray for the peace of the Lord upon Rosie and the family. God Bless, luv ya all!

Alvin, brother-in-law and coworker, we miss you so much!  There has not been a day that Sue and I don’t share some memory of you.  We are still feeling disbelief and can’t explain our emotions.  We spent a great deal of time together, both at work and during pleasant family gathering.  Those memories shall always be cherished and loved.  We miss you and you will always be in our hearts.💞 

My deepest condolences to all of the family. Alvin was permanent fixture in the Montgomery Kone office when I got there. He always enjoyed messing with me because I was the salesman in the office.  After I left I always missed talking with him but was still able to hear and share stories about him with other technicians like Gilbert etc.  Alvin was fun and unique person to be around and was one of the memorable personalities in the group. I am glad I got the chance to know and be around him even if for only a short time.  Alvin we will all miss you.  If there is beer in Heaven, have one for all of us left here.
