Paul Franklin Thompson Sr.

Paul Franklin Thompson Sr., age 89, of Carson, California passed away on Wednesday, November 15, 2023. Paul was born in Shelbyville, Illinois. He was the son of the late John Earl Thompson and the late Emma Fern (Cox) Thompson. Paul was preceded in death by his parents, Barbara Ann Thompson wife of 49 years and his siblings Earl Dean and Inez.

Paul served our country proudly in the Navy during Korean Conflict. He was a general contractor for 50 years. Some of his hobbies included golf, fishing and hunting.

Paul is survived by his son Paul Franklin Thompson Jr; his daughter Ginger Merrick; his daughter Pamela Thompson-Martin; his grandchildren Paul Thompson 111, Matt Thompson, Jon Thompson, Amanda Smith, Jerry Mosher, Mark Mosher, Michael Muswieck and his great grandchildren 7.
