Julie Barbara Rose-Torres passed away on August 31, 2023 in Riverside, California. She was born on December 15, 1976 in Escondido, California to her parents, William Thomas Rose and Rosa Cecilia Miranda.
Julie grew up in San Marcos attending San Marcos High and was on the cheer team. She also represented her home town in 1994 -1995 as Miss San Marcos.
Afterwards , Julie went on to pursue her education in the cosmetology industry. After earning her cosmetology license, Julie worked as a hairdresser for 28 years, having clients throughout Southern California and in Oahu Hawaii where she had her own hair shop for five years.
Although Julie did not have children, she played an active role in her nieces and nephews lives.
Julie life was shorter than we wanted, and although Julie did have her own children, she played an active role in her nieces and nephews lives. Julie has always helped others around her, even now after she has passed away in our lifetime, life will continue for those 150-300 other people's lives because Julie was a life donor. And that is Julie legacy that will continue for many years.
Those who knew her as Juju, Jules, jusdous, Auntie Julie can remember her witty remarks and her zest to live life to the fullest. Julie was the life of any party has left an imprint on all our hearts. For everyone who knew her knows that special blessing how she touched our lives, and can remember the time we had to share with her and hold those memories close and dear in our hearts . We will forever remember her beautiful face, her laughter, and her presence that filled the room. Julie always thought ahead on how she can make us feel better and make our day a little more special.Julie was an amazing woman who will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her father, William Thomas Rose. She is survived by her mother, Rosa Cecilia Miranda, her sister, Sonia Petrovski Stephenson, her goddaughter and niece Kahlani Wicklund who is married to Maximilian Wicklund’s, niece Kalei Petrovski who is engaged to Salvador Buzzetta, nephew Carl Petrovski and his wife Dezra, niece Sierra Snow, niece Arecelli Paz and great niece Naomi Rose Wicklund.
Services will be held in Saturday September 23rd at 11:00 am at Holy Spirit Catholic Church on Soboba St in Hemet. A Celebration of Life will be immediately following church services at our home on 41491 Crest Drive in Hemet, Ca.
