I considered myself a lucky person to have cross your short path on this world, 
Bob was always so kind, generous, fun, inteligent, family man. 
He was so loved 
May his family their memories become joyful, their days enriched with friendship, and their lives encircled by your love.

So many good times and amazingly curated moments that have been shared. 

We all joined up in Mexico as a large group of friends as we all try to do yearly. Bob and I were walking and talking about his next venture and I stopped us to take this cool picture of the sun behind the palm, and then we carried on.  

Words are of no value to try to describe the loss we all feel, but you are missed greatly and loved dearly.  The world and everyone in it lost a great one when you left us. May you rest peacefully until we meet again, hopefully on a golden dance floor.   ;-)

So many fond memories.  My favorite was meeting your father at Mars Bar, as we are a reflection of our parents I often wondered how special they must be to raise such a kind, loving, generous and brave human being.

You stood up to the thug who wanted to take my seat after I got up to get us drinks.  Remember when he asked if you were willing you get your ass kicked over it and you told him yes?! 

You were the only white friend I've ever had to voluntarily put themselves in harms way to defend me.  You are a rare and special friend.

I am so saddened by the death of Bob Lee.  I hope justice provides comfort to his family. Did not know him but followed his incredible achievements. May he rest in peace!

Bob was in a different league. His level of intelligence contributed to the next level of the payment system. I will really miss you.

Bob’s loss, despite not knowing him, has been heartbreaking for so many of us in the Bay Area and beyond.  My sincerest sympathy to his family, friends and loved ones at this difficult time.

God will protect you in heaven , he will bring justice to you and your family and friends.
You can rest now and watch over your family and friends and Children.  I pray for you and your family and kids. God loves you hope you never forget that.

I will always remember Bob fondly from college and our fraternity for all the small acts of kindness he showered on everyone he knew. 

The little things like fixing my now wife's computer, to programming a website for me that was due the next day and was an utter mess. Bob finished the website program in 15 minutes just so we could go out and get a beer! He always did things like that.  

One of my greatest memories was when Square was still in its infancy and he was running around with a prototype square reader, swiping all of his fraternity brother credits card for a dollar to show how cool the tech was. God he was so proud of that accomplishment and it was infectious. 

We only messaged off and on over the years after college but he always responded cheerfully and never changed his kind nature. It was easy to think no time had passed since college. Despite not seeing him as often as we wished we could, my family and I always cheered his successes like his beautiful daughters, wonderful family and impact he had every businesses he was part of. 

We will never forget the great man CrazyBob who we all love.

I am deeply sorry for your cruel death.  I am weeping for you and your family.  I am heartbroken and wounded that you were alone in the dark merciless night, and that there were no loving arms to wrap you and comfort you during your last breaths.  You deserved to be held in love; you deserved to have a soft place to fall. I am forever changed by your sad story.  I will pray for you and your family all the days of my life.  God love you and your family.  Hold tight to our loving God; you are the apple of his eye.  His love for you is endless.  You are safe now; no one will ever hurt you again.  Goodbye for now, Mr. Lee.

I didn't know Mr. Lee but I want to offer a sincere and grateful Thank You to him for allowing a miracle in my life with his work. His work literally saved my young daughter and myself and I am profoundly sorry for his family and friends that he lost his life to violence when he saved us from violence. There aren't really any words to express this sadness. May you find peace.
