David C Mehl

Born in S.F. on March 7, 1947 and passed away peacefully in his sleep at home on Sept. 21, 2013; beloved son of the late Frank and Marianne Mehl; loving father to Stephanie and David Mehl; loved father-in-law to Rachel; dear brother of Judy Mehl; cherished grandpa to Gavin, Sophia, Abby and Emma .He will also be missed by a large circle of friends and business associates. We will miss his outgoing, charismatic, life of the party personality!

He was a lifelong resident of S.F. and a graduate of Lowell H.S. A longtime owner of the Lake Merced Boat House which reflected his passion for all water sports and his love of the outdoors. Dave lived to play golf and enjoyed his time as a member of the S.F.Olympic Club, longtime member of S.F. Elk Lodge, BPOE #3.

A Memorial Service will be held, Sunday, Oct. 6th, 3:00pm at Halsted N. Gray-Carew & English, 1123 Sutter Street. To celebrate his memory all are welcome to bring photo's to share.
