Trinh Ha Ly

Trinh Ha Ly, born 01/01/1934, Vietnam, passed October 18, 2019 He is survived by his wife of 70 years, Diep Dao, children Nancy, Nguyen, Kim, Doan, Thong, Thanh, grandchildren Cathy, Stephanie, Michelle, Monica, Melissa, Ethan, Kayla, Carla, Bella, and great-grandchildren Hugo, Roman, Callan, and Adeline.

He lived a full life traveling from China to Southern Vietnam, started a family and many successful businesses and hobbies (orchard, factory, My Tan Hang store, and a couple youth soccer teams). It was a vast adventure bringing his family to the US to settle and to begin another life. He survived a cancer episode 6 years ago and fully embraced life afterwards, enjoying travel, lots of children, social events, and heroic meals.

Gravesite ceremony will be at El Camino Memorial, Sorrento Valley, on Friday, October 25, 2019 at 11:00 AM. A celebration of his life will be at the San Diego family house afterwards.
