THERESA PRISCILLA (GERMAIN) LISCIOTTI Theresa P. Germain was born July 13, 1926 to Leo and Amelia Germain, at home, in Marlborough, NH. She attended Marlborough elementary and high school where she was a star basketball player. After graduation, she worked at the Princess Shoe factory in Keene, NH. She married a career Air Force man, Francis L. Lisciotti, July 1951 in Bellows Falls, VT. Shortly after she sailed to meet him in Germany where they were stationed for four years. They returned to the states about 1956 and settled in Virginia. Scotty had been promoted to Major and Terri worked for the Secretary of the Air Force and then for the Judge Advocate General. They retired to Florida in 1976. When Scotty passed away in 1982 Terri moved to San Diego to be with her sister, Jacqueline Covell. Here she held positions both at UC San Diego and Science Applications International Corporation. Terri is survived by a sister, Jacqueline Covell of San Diego and several nieces and nephews. She will be interned privately at Arlington National Cemetery with her Husband Scotty at a later date.
