Terry was born March 5, 1945, in Salt Lake City, Utah. He moved to San Diego where he graduated from Point Loma High School. He attended college at San Diego State and completed his education at the University of Pacific Dental School.
Dr. Teudt, or Terry to his friends and family, had a very successful private Dental practice in the Banker’s Hill area, and was highly respected in the community. He retired after 40 years in Dentistry, his biggest passion.
In his lifetime, Terry’s 2nd passion was to travel. His adventures took him to Europe, South America, and Mexico, but his favorite destination was Maui, which he considered his 2nd home.
In the late 1970’s, Terry became involved with the San Diego Cancer Society fundraisers. In the early 80’s, he was one of the founding members of the Bachelor’s of San Diego, which hosted fundraisers to benefit children. The three yearly fundraising events given by the Bachelor’s of San Diego were the Christmas Party, Easter Party, and Summer Solstice. All these events were to benefit children at the Polinksy Center, Rady’s Children’s Hospital, and Orphanages in Mexico.
You could always see Terry riding his beach cruiser around the boardwalk in Mission Beach. He had many great friends during his lifetime and especially Cheryl Corrao, who took great care of him, not only during his career but also in his last years of his life. We are especially grateful and thank Dr. Willging in his care of Terry over the years.
Terry is survived by the Corrao Family.
A celebration of Terry’s life will be held at a future date.
