Teresa Agnes Berg

Teresa Agnes Berg passed away April 17 at Sharps Memorial Hospital from health complications surrounded by her loving family. Surviving Teresa is her husband William Berg and children, Chris Staal and his wife Tammy, Karin Ingrande and her husband Jerome, Kimberly Souther and her husband Marty, Eric Staal and his wife Anna, and step-son Chris Berg, step-daugher Carol Glover and her husband John. Her grandchildren are Jonathan and Elisabeth Staal, Vito, Eric and Nicholas Ingrande, Natalie and Mia Souther, Greta and Edgar Staal, Jeana and Josh Glover and great grandson Will who were all affectionately called "little angels" by their Grammy. Teresa was pre-deceased by her parents Robert and Helen Rusch, and brothers Robert and Thomas Rusch.

Teresa loved to travel, play bingo, and spend time with her family. Her deep Catholic Faith was a source of strength throughout her life, and she maintained a close prayer relationship with her patron saint Saint Theresa.

Her desire to be active was best captured by her grandchildren in the license plate on her scooter "Go Go Grammy".

Teresa Agnes Berg, age 72, passed away on Wednesday, April 17, 2013 in San Diego, California.

Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Goodbody Mortuary in San Diego, California.

Teresa’s visitation will be held on Sunday, April 21st from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Goodbody Mortuary’s Chapel with Rosary at 7:00 pm

The Funeral Services will begin at 9:30 am with the Rosary being said and the Funeral Mass to follow at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, April 22nd at Blessed Sacrament Church 4540 El Cerrito Dr. San Diego, CA 92115 with graveside to follow at Holy Cross Cemetery 4470 Hilltop Dr. San Diego, CA 92102
