Abuelos los tenemos en el corazón y mente, siempre esa pareja con gran ejemplo que aunque lejos por la distancia siempre cerca por ese cariño y amor que nos dieron.
Abuelita se que estuviste luchando para estar con nosotros, mi abuelo como siempre acompañándote , hasta en el camino con Dios , te acompaño, ya están con Los Ángeles cuidándonos desde el cielo , duele el NO tenerlos sabiendo nos dejaron un. Gran vacío.
Dios les tenga en su santa gloria y les de el descanso eterno.

Mí más sentido pésame para toda la familia Quiroz. Solamente tengo recuerdos de sus finas atenciones, cuando Doña Tere nos fue a sacar de un hotel en el centro de los Ángeles , Cal. Para llevarnos a su casa y ser bien recibidos por Don Jorge a mí esposa a mis hijas y a mí. Hago votos y oraciones por su eterno descanso y envío un abrazo fuerte y cordial para toda la familia, con mi gran admiración, respeto y agradecimiento para tan agradable pareja, que Dios los bendiga siempre.

George was mostly a reserved, conservative, cerebral thinking kinda guy. It was Teresa who was WIDE OPEN!!! It was always Teresa out on the dance floor, while George would hang out in the back. This photo was taken just over 20 years ago. Mike and Lisy were hosting a Hawaiian Style Party. The George Quiroz who attended this party, was a man I never knew. George was out on the dance floor, up on the stage dancing with the Hula Girls😳 It was AWESOME!!!! George put on the, “Big Girl”, Hula outfit and was going crazy. I’m pretty sure that would be outlawed these days. Certainly it would be, “Politically Incorrect”, at the very least. I wish those of you who will read this narrative I’m laying down, could have been there to bear witness. Not sure people not in attendance would ever believe me. Hence, I’m providing photographic evidence.

GRACIAS TERE y JORGE Quiroz por el tiempo que alegremente convivimos. 
Jorge, la época mas feliz de mi vida fue cuando eramos adolescentes e íbamos a bailar a Xochimilco, a remar a Chapultepec o subirnos a los juegos de la feria, o al cine con amigas y amigos mutuos. 
Queridos primos, siempre vivirán en mi pensamiento y corazón.

A Message to my Nina. I will Forever Remember your Spirit and your Love for Life. I will Remember your Attitude of "There is Nothing that can Stop me from Living Life, the way I want to Live." Not a quote from my Nina but a Blueprint for Living Her Life. She jumped on that Bull, Fell off that Bull, Received some Damage from the Bull, and Eventually semi Tamed and Rode it to the End without Fear or Regrets. I wish I could have Spent more Time with you but I was Too Young. Your Family are the ones that Truly Understand your Success, your Struggles, and your Passion. Lizy, you have Been Extremely Blessed to have a Role Model like My Nina. I love you Nina you will be Missed but Never Forgotten. Thank you for Being my Nina and for Feeding me your Delicious Mexican Rice. It is MANNA from Heaven. My statement is not an Exaggeration but a Culinary Fact from the Tastebuds of a Chubby Mexican-American Kid on a Hot Summer Day in Pomona, California , while Watching the Summer Olympics in your Backyard. I also want to Thank my Nino Jorge who taught me some life Lessons in Frugality while Towering over a Fat Kid eating a Plate of my Nina's Rice absent of KFC, because that fried Protein was not Worthy to share Space on the Plate with my Special Rice Made with Peas and Carrots. We are so very sorry for the loss of both your mom, Teresa and your dad, Jorge.  We can’t even imagine, how hard it must be for you all, to have lost one parent and then the other, so close together🙏🙏🙏.  Our hearts and prayers are with you.

May your mom & dad rest in peace, and may you all find comfort and peace, knowing that they are together.
